Paula Knauft has lived on The OC Riviera for almost 20 years and following a long and successful career as a sales marketing executive for several global manufacturers in the home furnishings industry became a Realtor in 2002. Since her first year Paula has consistently earned recognition as a Top Producing agent for Orange County real estate transactions for both buyers and sellers. She understands that real estate is a serious business requiring large financial transactions and she recognizes the importance of her position within the transaction by embracing the highest standards of honesty and ethical behavior. Her experience as vice president of sales & marketing for a distinguished European furniture company provides her with insight on home buyers and their needs. She keeps in touch with current market analysis and changing trends and brings this expertise to support her clients' transactions. Paula is deeply committed to meeting the needs of the homeowner and potential buyer and guiding her clients towards achieving their dreams. Paula volunteers as a docent at the Mission San Juan Capistrano where she is also a member of the Women's Guild Board. She is originally from Cincinnati, Ohio.

    Fredda Trehub is an accomplished real estate professional who is dedicated to the clients and neighborhoods she represents.    David Garris (Prudential California Realty) has over 30 years of real estate experience on The OC Riviera and has personally handled over $500 million in career sales. In the coastal regions of South Orange County, he has long been recognized as a leader in the Laguna Beach real estate industry. He has truly set the standards by which others have followed. David is a Chairman's Circle award winner and has been consistently honored as a multimillion-dollar producer throughout his career. He has personally handled the sales of some of the most prestigious Monarch  Beach real esate and distinctive coastal homes where he has negotiated complex transactions and achieved the desired results for both sellers and buyers. Although the majority of his transactions are over $2,000,000, David applies his marketing expertise for coastal properties at all price points. David was born in Pittsburg, but moved to California as a graduate student in educational psycology at UCLA and has stayed ever since.
